A code is not working

Check all six digits. Cloud codes are single-use and stop working after pickup or after the 24-hour expiry.

A download will not start

Open the browser download panel and allow downloads from sendaway.co.

A paid limit is not available

Refresh the page. If the entitlement is still missing, contact support with the Stripe receipt ID.
